Mavis Apatu

Mavis Apatu, based in Accra, Ghana, is a midwife at Ridge Hospital and midwifery education leader across the country. She works with Ghana Health Services and other non-profit organizations to train midwives in VIA and Pap-smear methods. Ms. Apatu has used Visualize devices before at her cervical cancer screening trainings.

Faustina Osei Mensah

Faustina Osei Mensah, based in Kumasi, Ghana, is a senior midwife at the Maternal and Child Health Hospital who has evaluated Visualize prototypes several times and participated in pilot trainings with these devices.

Joana Nyame, based in Kumasi, Ghana, is an experienced midwife who founded her own non-profit, Global Cervical Charity Foundation aimed at increasing cervical cancer screening.
